Full Time
Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machines. Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to ensure precise machining. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials and projects. Conduct test runs, troubleshoot, and modify programs as needed to improve efficiency and quality. Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow. Perform machine setup, including loading tools and configuring offsets. Maintain documentation for CNC programs, setup sheets, and tooling lists. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, including ISO and AS9100 if applicable. Inspect finished products to verify adherence to specifications and tolerances. Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
