CNC Programmer

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Writing and optimizing CNC programs (G-code, M-code) for VMCs. - Using Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software to generate programs. - Translating design specifications from blueprints and drawings into machining instructions. - Post-processing programs to ensure compatibility with specific machine controllers. - Loading materials and selecting tools for specific machining operations. - Setting up machine controls and parameters (speed, feed, coolant). - Verifying machine settings and program control data for accuracy. - Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. - Making adjustments to machine settings or programs if necessary. - Troubleshooting issues with the machine or program. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and the work schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift.
