CNC Programmer

As a CNC Programmer, your role will involve utilizing your strong knowledge of CNC programming in turning and milling, both manually and using CAM programming software. Your expertise in Powermill software will be highly valued. You will be responsible for understanding machine controls and effectively setting up operations on the machine. Your understanding of jigs and fixtures will be crucial in ensuring efficient production processes. Additionally, your familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, bore gauges, and micrometers will aid in maintaining precision in manufacturing. You will be expected to handle documentation tasks using MS Office and should possess a basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Your knowledge of CNC tooling and inserts will play a key role in optimizing machining processes.
