Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up VMC machines as per production requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs . Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for different materials. Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain precision. Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or deviations. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and preventive maintenance . Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines . Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major issues to the maintenance team. Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and production teams .
