About The Opportunity

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues with CNC equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to optimize machine performance and resolve technical challenges.
• Document maintenance procedures, record repairs, and maintain detailed logs to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts management, technical support, and equipment upgrades.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with industry regulations.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Technical diploma or equivalent certification in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.
• Must-Have: Proven experience (1-3 years) in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Must-Have: Proficiency in CNC programming, control systems, and associated diagnostic tools.
• Must-Have: Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of industrial safety and quality standards.
• Preferred: Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and familiarity with reading technical blueprints and diagrams.
• Preferred: Ability to manage maintenance tasks under pressure in an on-site, shift-based work environment.
