Job Description

CMDB Manager (Specialist Configuration Management)

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the
CMDB
ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Manage
ITSM platform integrations
(Freshworks, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, etc.).
Define and maintain
CI attributes, relationships, and dependencies
.
Work on
vulnerability mapping
using tools like Qualys or Tenable.
Develop
configuration management policies and procedures
in line with ITIL best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for CMDB alignment and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of
ITIL processes (SACM, Change Management)
.
Experience in
API/webhook-based integrations
and scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
Hands-on with
cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
for automated discovery.
ITIL Foundation / ServiceNow Certified Administrator
preferred.
