Lead and manage the GlobalSecurity Command Centre team,ensuring24/7 coverage and efficient operations
Develop,implement,and maintain globalsecurity policies,procedures,and protocols 3.Oversee real-time monitoring of security systems,alarms,and incidents across allglobal locations Coordinate rapid response to security incidents,crises,and emergencies worldwide Manage the integrationof various security technologies and systems (e.g.,CCTV,access control, intrusiondetection) into the command centre operations Developand maintain relationships withlocallaw enforcement,emergency services,and relevant government agencies in multiple countries Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses for globa loperations 8.Implement and manage a globaltravelrisk management program Oversee the collection,analysis,and dissemination of security intelligence to relevant stakeholders Ensure compliance with internationalsecurity regulations and standa rds 11.Manage the command centre budget and resource allocation Developand conduct training programs for command centre staff andglobalsecurity teams Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the command centre Prepare regular reports onglobalsecurity status,incidents,andtrends for executive management Coordinate with IT security teams to address cyber-physicalsecurity convergence
