Cluster Manager

As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving business categories such as Mobile, TV, Ecosystem, Laptop, and Pad in your respective city or district. Your primary focus will be to build the Xiaomi brand and enhance sales through offline channels. Building strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies will be crucial in achieving sales targets. You will work closely with local distributors and key retailers to drive sales and develop a deep understanding of Xiaomi products to cater to local consumer needs effectively. Implementing local marketing strategies, monitoring end-to-end operations for optimal sales and efficiency, and staying updated on competition activities in the assigned city or district will be key parts of your role. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in sales, distribution, and retail operations within the territory. A Master's degree in Business would be beneficial. Prior experience in team leadership and the ability to manage large teams will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel 4-5 days a week are essential requirements. Having past experience in mobile handset sales and a Bachelor's or Master's degree qualification are preferred. The desired experience for this role is between 5 to 10 years.
