Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager at Sakhiya Skin Clinic Limited, located in Surat. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of multiple clinic branches, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role includes performing regular audits, coordinating with medical professionals to ensure patient satisfaction, implementing marketing strategies, and driving the clinics' growth and performance. The Cluster Manager will also focus on financial management, inventory control, and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or clinic settings
• Strong understanding of financial management and inventory control
• Proficiency in implementing marketing strategies and driving business growth
• Ability to conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with standards
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance is beneficial
