Cluster Manager

Business Development & Sales Management:

Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for HL & LAP.

Identify new business opportunities through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.

Expand presence in untapped semi-urban and rural markets.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of Branch Managers, Relationship Officers, Collection Staff, and Operations Personnel.

Monitor daily performance and conduct regular reviews and trainings.

Ensure productivity and retention of team members.

Channel Management:

Onboard and manage DSA partners, builders, and referral networks.

Ensure partner productivity and timely payouts.

Credit & Risk Coordination:

Ensure high-quality sourcing by coordinating with credit teams for proper appraisal.

Minimize delinquency by ensuring timely customer follow-up and pre-screening.

Operations & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and audit requirements.

Monitor TAT for file processing, disbursal, and documentation.

Portfolio Management:

Regularly monitor bucket-wise delinquencies and initiate early collection efforts.

Coordinate with collection teams to ensure low NPA levels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (preferably Finance/MBA).

Minimum 510 years of experience in HL/LAP sales, with 2+ years in team/cluster leadership.

Prior experience in an NBFC or HFC is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of the local market and geographies.

Good understanding of financial documents, property laws, and credit practices.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
