The Sales Executive position based in Chennai Zone offers a competitive salary of up to 4.2 LPA. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal is to exceed the company's expectations in order to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs, proactively seeking out new sales prospects through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media, arranging meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, and delivering engaging presentations on products/services. Additionally, you will be required to generate regular reports on sales and financial data, maintain stock availability for sales and demonstrations, represent the company at exhibitions or conferences, negotiate and close deals, and address any customer complaints or objections. Collaboration with the team will also be essential to achieve optimal results. To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a sales executive or in a similar position, possess strong communication skills in English, be proficient in MS Office, demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques, have a quick learning ability and a genuine enthusiasm for sales, be self-motivated with a focus on achieving results, excel in delivering compelling presentations, and hold a high school degree.
