Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
Recruit, onboard, and train new agency associates.
Motivate and guide agency associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and customer base.
Drive sales activities across the cluster through agency channels.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and organizational policies.
Manage day-to-day administrative and reporting requirements of the agency associates.
Ensure timely resolution of customer and partner concerns.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in an agency or channel-based model.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Goal-oriented with a passion for driving results.
