Job Title: Branch Relationship Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Others Department: Retail Banking > Rural Banking > Liabilities > Branch Banking > Branch Sales Location: Kharsia, Chhattisgarh, India Additional Parameters Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of rural banking and liabilities products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Willingness to travel within the assigned region Job Summary As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the branch&aposs customer base and driving business growth through effective sales and relationship management. You will be a key member of the branch sales team and will report to the Branch Manager. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to deepen their banking relationships and cross-sell other products and services Conduct regular customer visits and provide personalized financial solutions based on their needs and requirements Achieve individual and branch sales targets for liabilities products such as savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed deposits Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice to customers Adhere to all bank policies and procedures and maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with customers Qualifications And Skills Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of rural banking and liabilities products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications Fluency in local language and English is preferred Willingness to travel within the assigned region We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
