Job Description

HDB Financial Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager for Enterprise Lending in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a cluster of branches, driving business growth in the Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) product segment, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires a proven track record in Prime LAP and significant experience in team management within a similar capacity. Key Responsibilities Cluster Management: Oversee the operations and performance of a cluster of branches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business targets. Business Development: Drive aggressive growth in the Prime LAP product portfolio across the assigned cluster, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing relationships. Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of branch managers and sales professionals to achieve individual and cluster targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business strategies for the cluster, including market penetration plans, sales initiatives, and customer engagement programs. Portfolio Quality: Monitor and maintain the quality of the loan portfolio, ensuring adherence to credit policies, risk management guidelines, and collection efficiency. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations, adherence to compliance standards, and timely reporting. Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify challenges and opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance business retention and acquisition. Qualifications & Experience Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10 to 17 years of progressive experience in the financial services sector. A minimum of 10-12 years of specific experience in the Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) product is mandatory. Proven experience in a similar cluster management or regional management role, overseeing multiple branches. Mandatory experience in team handling and leadership with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate large teams. Skills: Strong understanding of financial products, particularly Prime LAP. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
