Location: Guwahati Job Description: As a Cluster Manager , you will be responsible for: Oversee sales, operations, and team performance across all assigned centers. Leading and mentoring a team of spa managers and staff to ensure high standards of service delivery. Implementing and monitoring SOPs, service quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction metrics. Managing budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. Driving business growth through local marketing initiatives, client engagement, and upselling of services. Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand protocols at all locations. The Successful Candidate: Has 5+ years of experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or cluster role. Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and grow cross-functional teams. Is customer-focused, results-driven, and passionate about wellness and client experience. Has a deep understanding of spa/wellness operations, including scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and compliance standards. Is flexible, adaptable, and ready to travel between locations as required.
