Gym - Sales and Operations Sales/Revenue:
● Drive offline sales at centers to deliver revenue targets on a regular basis.
● Work with the central offline sales team to plan and execute initiatives at the center.
● Represent data on excel, and use data to report and review performance .
● Regular governance at business unit and execute interventions .
● Work on conversion and lead generation activities at the center through center managers
Operations:
● Implement and drive adherence to the prescribed SOPs
● Ensure uniformity in experience across company and franchise operated Cult Gym setups
● Handle conflicts and escalations (Internal and External) within specified timelines to ensure seamless operations
● Conducting audits and spend time on-ground to ensure that the facilities are always new and always functional
● ensure high center & equipment maintenance standards by working with on ground and facilities teams
● Seamlessly roll out new operations processes by being the bridge between central and on ground teams People:
● Responsible for ensuring that the resourcing/hiring is in line with the design number (CMs and Trainers)
● Regular Performance management, mentoring and coaching of the team
● Constantly share feedback received from members and trainers with central teams
● Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) to unblock and problem solve for issues wherever necessary
● Lead by example and champion a positive work environment at the ground level.
