Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager Agency Channel located in Mysuru/Mangaluru. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple branches within a defined cluster. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving business targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Cluster Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring branch managers, driving initiatives to enhance productivity, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and achieving business targets
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and company policies
• Willingness to travel within assigned cluster
