Role Overview

As Cluster Head – Sales, you will lead the overall sales strategy and execution for Bangalore and the Southern region. The role demands strategic thinking, leadership in team management, and a strong network within the healthcare ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage regional sales operations, overseeing the onboarding of hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers.

· Develop and implement the regional sales strategy and drive business growth.

· Build, mentor, and manage the sales team for performance and expansion.

· Manage key relationships with hospital leadership and healthcare business owners.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive adoption and awareness.

· Provide competitive market insights and guide product-market alignment.

· Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and target achievement.


Educational Qualification

· MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management strongly preferred.


Preferred Background

· 8–10 years of experience in Healthcare / HealthTech / Diagnostic industry sales.

· Proven track record in team management, business expansion, and B2B partnerships.

· Strong understanding of the healthcare provider ecosystem and sales cycles.
