The Opportunity We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to lead from the front in scaling a next-generation healthtech platform. User-Cantered Problem Solving • Conduct user research and journey mapping for both B2C (patients) and B2B (healthcare providers). • Identify pain points, define problem statements, and validate hypotheses with real-world feedback. • Ensure seamless UX across mobile app and web platforms. 3.Product Execution & Delivery • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept, design, MVP, testing, to launch. • Work closely with engineering to translate PRDs into scalable tech solutions. • Collaborate with design for intuitive UI and flow consistency. • Ensure timely delivery of releases while maintaining quality and user value. 4.Stakeholder Management • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partnerships to ensure product-market alignment. • Act as the bridge between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. • Communicate product vision and updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders. 5.Growth & Optimization • Identify opportunities for user engagement, retention, and monetization. • Leverage data analytics and feedback to drive product optimization. • Contribute to building Docbrella’s AI roadmap and smart recommendation features. What We’re Looking For • 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Healthtech, SaaS, or B2C tech platforms. • Proven ability to define, prioritize, and execute on a product roadmap. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and insights. • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience working in agile/scrum environments. • A builder’s mindset — you love turning ideas into impact. Preferred (Not Mandatory) • Experience with healthcare platforms, digital health records, or teleconsultation ecosystems. • Exposure to AI-driven or data-heavy product environments. • Basic familiarity with APIs, mobile app development, and integrations. • Prior startup or fast-scaling company experience. Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field (IIT/IIM or Tier-1/2 preferred). • Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Business Analytics are a plus.
