Role : Cluster Business Head

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Any Graduate. MBA/PGDM preferred.

• Experience:

  8-12 years of experience in sales,

  with 3-5 years in managing Loan Against Property (LAP) products. NBFC is mandatory.

• Currently must be managing 4-5 sets of branches.

Location : Virar/Mira Road

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Strategy

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property across assigned cluster.
2. Drive business through a strong network of DSAs, channel partners, and direct sourcing.

Team Leadership & Development

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Business Development Executives.
2. Set performance goals for the team and track their achievements.
3. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, clients, and internal teams.

Compliance & Risk Management

1. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.
2. Work closely with the credit and risk teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
