Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Club Manager located in New Delhi. The Club Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining facility cleanliness, coordinating classes and personal training sessions, managing budgets, driving membership sales and retention, and creating a positive and motivating environment for both members and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and customer service
• Proficiency in sales and marketing with the ability to drive membership growth
• Knowledge of fitness programs and facility management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Science, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
