Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Club Manager located in Faridabad. The Club Manager will oversee the daily operations of the fitness club, ensuring a clean and safe environment for members and staff. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, handling member inquiries, maintaining equipment, and developing fitness programs. The Club Manager will also be responsible for marketing initiatives, membership sales, and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Client Relations
• Knowledge of Health and Fitness Programs and Equipment
• Marketing and Sales skills
• Strong Organization and Multitasking abilities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Fitness Management Software
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field
