Job Description We are seeking a skilled CloudOps Engineer to manage and optimize our multi-cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure and AWS, with additional knowledge of GCP considered a plus. This role involves implementing cost-effective strategies, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining security compliance across various Oversee and maintain cloud infrastructures across Azure and AWS platforms, ensuring high availability and scalability. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for consistent and repeatable deployments. Implement strategies such as auto-scaling, scheduling, and resource utilization to reduce infrastructure costs. Monitor and analyze cloud spending, providing recommendations for cost savings. Set up and manage monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Thanos to ensure system health and performance. Integrate logging and alerting mechanisms for proactive issue detection and resolution. Ensure systems meet security standards and compliance requirements, including SOC 2 Type 1 & 2 and GDPR. Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices, enforcing the principle of least privilege and multi-factor authentication (MFA) across all platforms. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, integrating findings into continuous improvement processes. Utilize Kubernetes and Helm charts for deploying applications in both development and production environments. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in managing cloud services on Azure and AWS; experience with GCP is a plus. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized deployments. Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and alerting systems.
