Cloud Support Engineer

• L1:

   1-4 years (Mandatory hands on experience on

  at least one major cloud platform

  mentioned below)

• L2:

   4-7 years (Mandatory hands on experience on

  at least two major cloud platform

  mentioned below)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for at least

  two major cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle OCI).
• Assist in

  cloud-to-cloud migration

  projects including planning, execution, and post-migration validation.
• Support and assist in

  patch management planning

  and implementation as per defined schedule and security policies.
• Understand and support implementation of

  cloud security tools

  and best practices under the guidance of L3/SMEs.
• L1 will perform defined support tasks, health checks, and basic troubleshooting.
• L2 will perform intermediate-level activities with

  supervision from L3/SME

  , including change implementations and monitoring enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with Cloud SMEs to identify opportunities for

  cloud optimization and cost control

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with

  at least two cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle OCI) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of cloud

  migration tools

  , services, and strategies.
• Familiarity with

  patching cycles, OS updates

  , and scheduling in cloud environments.
• Exposure to

  cloud security frameworks

  like IAM, VPC, security groups, key vaults, etc.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, especially

  Incident, Change, and Problem Management

  .
• Strong communication skills and

  team collaboration abilities

  .
