As a Cloud Support Engineer (24x7), your role involves providing continuous technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based infrastructure, platforms, and services to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and prompt resolution of customer issues at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain cloud systems round-the-clock to ensure availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, security, deployment, and application performance. - Provide technical support via multiple channels (email, chat, phone) and handle incidents, change requests, and escalations by collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Assist clients with cloud service onboarding, configuration, and migration, including root cause analysis and recommendations to prevent recurrence. - Contribute to knowledge base articles, documentation, and best practices for internal and customer use. - Participate in the on-call rotation, work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and stay updated with cloud technologies, trends, and best practices for process improvement and strategic initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with proficiency in virtualization, networking, and security. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with system administration (Linux, Windows), scripting, and automation tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle tasks independently. This role requires engineers to be available for shift-based work, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, to ensure uninterrupted support for customers globally. It is suited for individuals passionate about cloud technologies, who excel at resolving technical challenges, and can deliver customer-centric solutions under pressure. Please note that this is a full-time position with an in-person work location.
