Key Responsibilities Assist in the administration and maintenance of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle (ExaCC) databases. Monitor database performance, availability, and backups. Support database installation, upgrades, and patching activities. Write and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and scripts. Assist in implementing backup, recovery, and replication strategies. Troubleshoot database issues and work with senior DBAs on root cause analysis. Maintain user roles, access control, and data security policies. Support database documentation, monitoring, and reporting. Required Skills 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and/or MySQL administration. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Oracle DB (preferably ExaCC). Familiarity with backup, restore, and monitoring tools. Proficiency in SQL and scripting (Shell/Python preferred). Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer L1 / L2 (Multi-Cloud Environment) Department: Cloud Infrastructure & Support Experience: L1: 1-4 years (Mandatory hands on experience on at least one major cloud platform mentioned below) L2: 4-7 years (Mandatory hands on experience on at least two major cloud platform mentioned below) Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support for at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle OCI). Assist in cloud-to-cloud migration projects including planning, execution, and post-migration validation. Support and assist in patch management planning and implementation as per defined schedule and security policies. Understand and support implementation of cloud security tools and best practices under the guidance of L3/SMEs. L1 will perform defined support tasks, health checks, and basic troubleshooting. L2 will perform intermediate-level activities with supervision from L3/SME , including change implementations and monitoring enhancements. Work collaboratively with Cloud SMEs to identify opportunities for cloud optimization and cost control .
