Cloud Solution Architect – App Innovation

The CSA is a customer-facing role, and you will own technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft for the most innovative projects, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through platform thinking, architecture design across technologies, hands-on development of PoCs, implementation support, and solution optimization engagements. and you will join our passionate, collaborative, and innovative team of experienced App Innovation CSAs in India who are looking forward to welcoming you in the fast-paced and dynamic Era of AI. Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 9+ years’ experience in cloud technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

• Experience in building and deploying complex large-scale solutions on cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in as many skills given below.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages like .NET, Java, Python etc.
• Microservices based architecture.
• Containers, Kubernetes and AKS
• Events and Integration services like Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, Event Grid, Logic Apps etc.
• PaaS compute Services like App Services, Azure functions etc.
• DevOps in GitHub , GitHub Copilot

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

• Business Value: The ability to convey the business needs and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy.
• Trusted Advisership: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
• Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room."
• Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what customer has said.
• Several years of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• Several years of experience leading technical projects.
• Certifications in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google), CKA, CKAD etc.

As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), your key responsibilities will include:

• Technical Leadership: You will lead the technical strategy and architecture discussions with our high-potential customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their technical requirements and alignment with Azure's capabilities.
• Solution Development: You will develop detailed proposals and plans for cloud service consumption and deployment, focusing on Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
• Customer Engagement: You will engage with customers to understand their business objectives and technical landscape, providing expert guidance and support throughout their cloud adoption journey.
• Technical Architecture: You will design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient technical and security architectures within Azure, influencing the migration approach and executing proof of concepts when necessary.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and the successful delivery of Azure solutions.
• Continuous Learning: You will stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide innovative solutions to our customers.
