Responsibilities Delivery Pipeline Development Design, implement, and maintain robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery processes. Technical Operations Onboarding Lead the onboarding process for technical operations, focusing on observability, incident management, telemetry, and other operational best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and training in DevOps practices. Cloud Infrastructure Management Review and build repeatable patterns for cloud infrastructure deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Implement Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) practices using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies. Monitoring & Observability Establish and maintain monitoring and observability tools to ensure system performance and reliability. Develop incident management processes and response strategies to minimize downtime and enhance system resilience. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies to drive innovation within the team. What Were Looking For 10+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and operational processes. Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred) , Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) , configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and source code management tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps ) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
