GCP Cloud Infra Engineer with Kafka and Cassandra Experience

GCP Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
services such as:
Compute Engine
Kubernetes Engine
BigQuery
Other relevant GCP services
Implement and manage
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using tools like
Terraform
,
Ansible
, or similar.
Build and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
to enable efficient, automated deployments.
Work with
Kafka
for real-time data streaming and
Cassandra
for distributed NoSQL database management.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
GCP services
.
Proficiency in
Kafka
and
Cassandra
setup and administration.
Experience in writing and maintaining infrastructure automation scripts using
Terraform/Ansible
.
Good understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Other Requirements

Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
