Job Description

Responsibilities Kyndryl pricing validation prior to billing Cloud account management Discount accuracy Purchase Order funding for One-year and Three-year commitments with Q2C. Monitoring Cloud Accounts consumption for purpose of Promo code applicability Cloud Backlog reduction working with Finance and Q2C Monthly issuing of Cloud Promo Credits as defined in the Kyndryl contract Managing the Migration Acceleration program Application of Promo Code credits in SLIC IMS accounts requires manual intervention. Review account, check what discounts are applied Kyndryl contract management Knowledge of the Support arrangement between IBM and Kyndryl. Providing updates to Kyndryl Procurement regarding status of disputes, missing POs, Credits. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Requires familiarity with and experience working with Q2C around processes from order to invoice to revenue. Understanding IBM Cloud and or Cloud Consumption. Experience with Data analysis and pricing. Financial Root Cause analysis around billing, discounting, product consumption. Preferred technical and professional experience Familiarity with CFTS contract set up and billing.
