Spearhead the Cloud Support Team - provides support for customers across M365, Azure, and AWS.
Need to handle existing customers and take care of onboarding new customers
Regular interaction with existing customers to provide best practices and appropriate licensing products across M365, Azure, and AWS.
Should have at least 8 years in the Cloud Support Program
Should have dealt with recommending appropriate licensing to customers
Hands-on knowledge of M365, Azure or AWS Cloud platforms
Should have dealt with a large team in the support program.
