Cloud Capability Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end cloud solutioning

  for

  RFPs, RFIs, and proposals for

  BFSI clients.

• Partner with sales and account teams to define

  transformation roadmaps

  , architecture blueprints, and cloud strategies.
• Drive

  pre-sales and deal shaping

  by translating client pain points into outcome-based cloud propositions.
• Collaborate with global

  Cloud COE, Data & AI, Security, and DevOps

  teams for integrated solutions.
• Build

  BFSI-focused cloud frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets

  .
• Advise clients on

  cloud-native banking

  ,

  GenAI integration

  , and

  regulatory compliance

  .
• Represent the firm in

  industry events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives

  .

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1218 years

  of experience in

  Cloud Architecture, Pre-sales, or Consulting

  for BFSI clients.
• Expertise in

  AWS / Azure / GCP

  (certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  BFSI applications

  : core banking, data platforms, payments, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with

  microservices, DevSecOps, FinOps, and containerization

  .
• Familiarity with

  AI/ML workloads

  and

  data governance

  in cloud environments.
• Excellent

  CXO-level communication, storytelling, and consulting skills

  .
• Ability to lead

  cross-functional global teams

  under tight timelines.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
  
• Certifications:

  AWS Solutions Architect / Azure Architect Expert / GCP Professional Architect

  .
• Additional credentials like

  TOGAF / FinOps Practitioner / ITIL

  are a plus.
