Azure Cloud Architect

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement

  Azure-based solutions

  (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) aligned with business requirements.
• Lead and enforce

  cloud migration and adoption processes

  in line with organizational standards.
• Ensure

  security, compliance, and scalability

  of Azure infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and security engineers.
• Provide

  technical guidance, mentorship, and expertise

  to team members and junior architects.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate

  risks and issues

  during project lifecycles.
• Promote and enforce

  engineering methodologies, best practices, and governance standards

  .

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years

  of overall IT experience in infrastructure management and application architecture.

• 7+ years

  of solid experience in

  legacy modernization and cloud data modernization

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Microsoft Azure services

  (compute, storage, networking, identity, security, governance).
• Proven experience in designing and deploying

  cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated provisioning

  .
• Strong leadership skills with experience

  leading technical teams

  and architects.
• Deep exposure to

  automation, data engineering, AI, and process improvement

  initiatives.
• Familiarity with

  healthcare-specific regulatory requirements

  such as HIPAA, PHI, and PII.
• Broad understanding of

  cloud-based security solutions

  and latest trends in cloud adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
