Clothing Sales Assistant

As a Sales Executive at ATH Life, a premium kids" clothing brand based in Swargate, Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and representing the brand at various exhibitions and events. With a focus on offering high-quality, stylish, and comfortable apparel for children, ATH Life aims to provide a positive customer experience and build lasting relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and promoting the latest collections of kids" clothing to customers. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and following up on leads and inquiries to close sales effectively. Representing the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events will be a key part of your role. You will be responsible for setting up and managing the brand's booth, generating leads, interacting with prospective customers, and providing post-exhibition follow-up with potential clients. Staying up to date with the latest trends in kids" fashion and assisting in product displays and merchandising activities will also be essential to maximize sales. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the clothing or retail industry. Proven experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset are crucial. Strong organizational and time management skills, a passion for kids fashion and customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with a kids clothing brand, knowledge of current fashion trends in kids apparel, and familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
