About The Role

As a Sales Executive/Manager at JUSTO, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business in the Mumbai & Navi Mumbai region. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the Mumbai / Navi Mumbai area.
Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.
  • Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on market conditions and opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance the overall sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Territory Research:
  • Research and identify potential channel partners and business opportunities across Navi Mumbai, Thane, Mumbai, and KDMC regions.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Age:

Below 30 years

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

preferably from the real estate Industry.

Minimum Experience:

1-8 years of experience

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends.

Skills and Competencies:

Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team.

Technical Proficiency:

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.
