Closing Manager

Position: Closing Manager Location: Pimpri, Pune Salary: ₹10 LPA Experience: 4+ Years Key Responsibilities: Manage the full transaction lifecycle from offer acceptance to final closure. Coordinate with clients, developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to ensure timely documentation and payments. Review and verify all legal, compliance, and financial documents for accuracy. Negotiate final terms and resolve any last-minute deal challenges. Maintain detailed records of all communications, agreements, and documents. Ensure a smooth handover process post-closing to uphold client satisfaction. Provide regular updates to management on closing timelines, deal status, and potential risks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate transactions, preferably in luxury or commercial segments. Strong understanding of legal and financial aspects of real estate deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proven track record of successfully closing high-value transactions.
