Job Description

The Portfolio Manager/ Senior Portfolio Manager position involves engaging with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to present upcoming real estate projects. As the Closing Manager, your role will include managing client portfolios, delivering product presentations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and conducting meetings with clients to understand their real estate investment preferences and financial goals. You will be responsible for presenting upcoming real estate projects to clients, focusing on key features, benefits, and investment opportunities tailored to their specific needs. Managing and overseeing the real estate portfolios of HNIs, UHNIs, and NRIs will be crucial to provide personalized service and attention, aiming to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Your role will also involve closing real estate deals by addressing client concerns, negotiating terms, and facilitating necessary documentation and transactions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and offering expert guidance on investment decisions will be essential. Additionally, you will assist clients in completing required documentation and legal formalities related to property transactions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners when necessary. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions, project details, and transaction progress in designated databases or spreadsheets is a key aspect of the role. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments will enable you to provide insights and recommendations to clients as needed. Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and legal departments to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction is vital. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales or wealth management business to customer sales, focusing on handling HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to articulate complex concepts, and influence decision-making are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a customer-centric approach are also required. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software for maintaining client records and tracking sales activities is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business to customer sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a Master's degree are preferred qualifications for this full-time position with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.,
