Role Description

The Clinical Specialist Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions and workshops related to clinical and operational workflows. Key tasks include preparing training materials, conducting in-depth training on specific healthcare software, providing hands-on support to team members post-training to ensure knowledge retention, and continuously updating training strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in clinical workflows and healthcare processes
• Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials; excellent training and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze and improve existing processes and maintain quality standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle dynamic healthcare environments
• Prior experience in healthcare technology or revenue cycle management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare, Education, or similar); certifications or specialized training in healthcare IT is an advantage
