Role Overview

dynamic Clinical Psychologist

This role is a unique opportunity to:

  • Provide

    high-quality, evidence-based therapy

    to patients across diverse conditions (addiction, ADHD, geriatric mental health including MCI, and more).
  • Design and lead innovative mental health programs and campaigns

    that can create large-scale awareness, support, and impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver

    individual therapy sessions

    (online) using evidence-based approaches.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute large-scale mental health initiatives

    —awareness campaigns, support groups, workshops, and webinars, that shape public understanding and access to care.
  • Ensure clinical rigor, ethics, and relevance in all programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, research, product, operations) to bring campaigns and programs to life.
  • Develop impactful patient- and caregiver-centered content (resources, blogs, guides, toolkits).
  • Work with diverse populations, including those with

    addiction, ADHD, and geriatric conditions such as MCI

    , ensuring programs are inclusive and tailored.
  • Engage with caregivers, stakeholders, and partner organizations to extend the reach and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on outcomes to continuously improve therapy and program effectiveness.
  • Requirements

    • M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
    • 2–3 years of experience in

      both therapy practice and program/campaign leadership

      .
    • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.).
    • Demonstrated ability to

      design and manage structured programs

      in mental health.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • A

      visionary mindset

      with the ability to merge clinical excellence with innovative, community-wide impact.
    • Passion for being at the

      intersection of therapy, research, and scalable mental health solutions

      .
