Job Description

Manage Distributor Sales and Application force performance with the support of the Regional Director in his / her territory
Support and advise surgeons on the use of our products; Participate to Key account surgeries as defined by Regional Director
Establish, develop and maintain KOL relationships within the territory
Realizes set sales budget by managing/expanding sales contacts, following-up quotations, special requests and tenders
Reports regularly on activities and performances
Gather, analyze and share all relevant information on markets development, competition, customers and products in his territory
Identify risk/opportunities in the market and propose /execute strategies and action plans to manage them
Prepare, attend and follow up on key congresses
Responsible that all DORC activities are in compliance with local legislation
Ensure distributor compliance with DORC s: - distributor guidelines and general conduct requirements - product knowledge, marketing initiatives and product launches - application support and after sales services processes Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs product registrations, product reporting or recall activities

Education: Bachelor Degree (or equivalent ability) in related field (Business). MedTech Engineer or Nurse will be a plus. Experience: 8-10 Years of working experience in a related field. Experience working in the Operating Room. Experience in the surgical environment (Ophthalmology is big plus). Experience in sales and managing indirect sales channel is desired.
