Clinical Analyst-SMEs

Role Overview: You will be responsible for gathering and documenting healthcare software requirements, conducting testing and quality assurance, engaging with clients, supporting project management, analyzing clinical workflows, and improving processes and products. Additionally, you will demonstrate software skills, explain requirements clearly to the development team, support EHR/EMR software setup, customize and test software, demonstrate solutions to clients, create reports and dashboards, train users, and provide ongoing support. You may need to travel to client locations for requirement gathering and workshops. Key Responsibilities: - Gathered, analyzed, and documented healthcare software requirements - Created BRD, FRS, DFD, user manuals, and test cases - Ensured client alignment and regulatory compliance (NABH, NABL, GCP) - Conducted manual testing and coordinated UAT with clients - Tracked metrics, reported defects, and supported bug resolution - Delivered product demos and presentations, trained end-users and partners - Assisted project managers in tracking user stories, testing, and project execution - Analyzed clinical workflows, suggested process improvements, and developed innovative solutions - Contributed to enhancements in clinical product modules - Supported EHR/EMR software setup, customization, and testing - Created simple reports and dashboards for clients - Trained users and provided ongoing support Qualification Required: - Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D 2015-2021), MMDU, MULLANA, Ambala, Haryana - Experience with SOP Preparation, Manual Functional Testing, Training Manuals, End User Training, UAT Support, Test Cases, Change Management, Risk Management, and Compliance - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, data management, and documentation - Familiarity with Project Management, Agile Methodology, Stakeholder Management, and Project Documentation - Knowledge of NABH, HIPAA, NABL, GCP, Microsoft Office Applications, Google Suite, and JIRA Note: This job is full-time and permanent with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
