Job Description

As a Project Manager specializing in Healthcare IT, your role involves gathering and documenting software requirements, ensuring quality through testing and quality assurance, engaging with clients, supporting project management, and contributing to process and product improvement. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, conduct manual testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and track metrics to report defects and ensure high-quality, user-ready software. Your responsibilities include: - Gathering and documenting healthcare software requirements, creating BRD, FRS, DFD, user manuals, and test cases - Conducting manual testing and coordinating UAT with clients - Delivering product demos, presentations, and training to end-users and partners - Assisting project managers in tracking user stories, testing, and project execution - Analyzing clinical workflows, suggesting process improvements, and contributing to enhancements in clinical product modules - Supporting EHR/EMR software setup, customization, and testing - Demonstrating solutions to clients, gathering feedback for improvements, and creating reports and dashboards - Traveling to client locations for requirement gathering and workshops You should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, data management, and documentation. Your role will involve stakeholder management, project documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards such as NABH, NABL, and GCP. Additionally, you will be working on Agile methodology projects, supporting change management, risk management, and compliance. Your educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from 2015-2021 and relevant training in SOP preparation, manual functional testing, training manuals, end-user training, and UAT support. Your work experience as a Project Manager in HMiS CMiS Implementation at eClinicalWorks involves leading end-to-end project lifecycles, managing healthcare IT projects, and ensuring successful project delivery. This full-time, permanent role offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person, and occasional travel to client locations may be required for workshops and requirement gathering.,
