Clinic Sales Manager

Job Overview

• We are seeking a Clinic Sales Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience in a Skin Clinic for a full-time position. The role is based in North Delhi . The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge in skin care treatments, such as Laser Hair Removal, PRP, IV Therapy, Botox, Peels, Medifacials, etc.
• The Skin Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent client experience, and achievement of business goals. This role combines administrative, operational, and customer service responsibilities, requiring leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of skin treatments, memberships, and product packages.

• Track leads, conversions, and ensure targets are met.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Work with management to develop growth strategies.
• Suggest new treatments, services, and upgrades based on market trends.
• Analyze client data, treatment demand, and revenue reports for decision-making.

Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews.

Arrange training sessions on new treatments, machines, and service etiquette.

• Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

Supervise day-to-day clinic activities to ensure seamless functioning.

• Maintain schedules for doctors, therapists, and support staff.
• Oversee inventory management (cosmetics, consumables, medications, equipment).

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2–5 years in clinic, salon, or hospitality management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management.
• Sales and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of skin/aesthetic treatments (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in clinic management software & MS Office.
