You will be responsible for educating clients on the benefits, processes, and aftercare of treatments and products. Additionally, you will counsel visitors about available treatments as necessary and contribute to achieving sales targets to drive business growth. As a Center/Clinic Sales Manager, you will lead, motivate, and align the team to achieve individual and overall sales targets. You will work closely with the team and management to ensure smooth operations, conduct regular follow-ups, and provide feedback to maintain quality and efficiency. Your ability to oversee and manage both individual and overall performance will be essential for the company's success.
