Clinic Sales Manager

We are looking for a Clinic Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving patient conversions, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from consultation to closure. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and people management skills, along with experience in handling premium clientele in the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively.
• Convert leads into confirmed consultations and treatment bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate closely with doctors and clinic teams to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Maintain detailed patient records, follow-up schedules, and CRM updates.
• Conduct counselling sessions to explain procedures, pricing, and post-care guidance.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Train front office staff on upselling, client service, and communication standards.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or related field preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or hospitality.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Customer-centric, confident, and result-oriented.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
