Role Description – Clinic Manager This is a full-time, on-site role at Skin Lounge Clinic (Mumbai). The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, manage staff, coordinate treatment schedules, handle client communications, and ensure a seamless patient experience. The manager will also work closely with the doctors and marketing team to maintain clinic standards and elevate the brand’s positioning. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and clinic workflow Lead front desk and support staff to ensure exceptional service Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and client follow-ups Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships Assist with basic financial management, billing, and reporting Support marketing efforts by coordinating with social media and events Ensure clinic cleanliness, compliance, and service quality Liaise between the doctors and clients for smooth communication Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Prior experience in a clinic, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or hospitality management preferred Strong organisational and leadership abilities Basic budgeting and inventory management knowledge Comfortable using clinic software and digital platforms Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client well-being Ability to manage a team with a positive and professional attitude
