This is a full-time on-site role for a clinic manager/Front Desk located in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting patients and visitors, managing appointments, and performing various tasks that come with running a dermatology clinic. The role also includes maintaining patient records,managing overall patient experience and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

Hospitality background (Hotel(Front desk/Guest Experience)/Airline)
Strong Communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in hospitality is a plus
