Job Title:

Team Lead – Clinic Appointments

Location: Karol bagh, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to manage a team of Health Advisors responsible for converting incoming leads into clinic appointments and sales. The Team Lead will oversee the entire patient engagement process—from initial inquiry to appointment booking and conversion—while ensuring high levels of customer service, consistent follow-ups, and maintaining a strong appointment turn-up ratio. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales-driven environments, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Health Advisors.
  • Assign daily targets and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Lead Conversion & Sales:

  • Ensure the team effectively converts leads into appointments and sales.
  • Monitor sales targets and support the team in achieving revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to align on lead quality and conversion strategies.

Patient Coordination & Follow-up:

  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with all potential patients.
  • Address patient queries and concerns to facilitate trust and commitment.
  • Ensure proper coordination between Health Advisors and clinic staff for appointment scheduling.

Appointment Turn-up Management:

  • Track appointment confirmation and attendance.
  • Implement strategies to minimize no-shows and cancellations.
  • Maintain and improve the appointment turn-up ratio.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain dashboards and generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, follow-ups, sales, and attendance.
  • Analyse data to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Provide feedback to the team based on performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Sales background preferred)
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in team handling, telesales, or healthcare advisory roles
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, appointment booking software, and call tracking
  • Patient-centric approach and problem-solving skills
