Description
As a Client Training & Enablement Specialist (Technical Trainer - Hybrid) at Syndigo, your role is crucial in facilitating end-to-end technical and product training for employees, customers, and partners. You will be responsible for designing engaging learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles to ensure continuous improvement of training effectiveness and materials. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline delivery strategies and take ownership of end-to-end training execution. - Facilitating virtual and instructor-led sessions for employees, customers, and partners based on project needs and skill requirements. - Applying Adult Learning Principles (ALP), experiential, and cognitive learning methodologies to design engaging and effective learning experiences. - Developing and maintaining training materials, including trainer and participant guides, ensuring alignment with product updates and business objectives. - Serving as the primary point of contact for learners throughout the enablement journey, understanding their requirements, and enabling them to achieve certification. - Leading and maintaining the learning management platform (backend configurations) for the launch of new training and supporting existing training offerings. - Analyzing training data, reports, and learner feedback to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging open communication within the learning team. Required Skills/Abilities: - Proven experience in delivering virtual and instructor-led training for technical audiences. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Extensive experience in the technical training domain with familiarity in programming languages like Java or Python, SQL, testing frameworks, Maven, and application development lifecycle. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated adaptability and composure in high-paced or dynamic environments. - Open to occasional domestic and international travel for training or business purposes. Education and Experience: - Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science. - One to Two years of technical training experience required. This position is based in Bangalore and requires working from the Bangalore office in a hybrid mode (Twice a week).
