Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist at our Siemens company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client support for various Brightly Software products. Your dedication to delivering legendary support via phone, email, and chat will contribute to driving client retentions and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming client requests promptly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in troubleshooting non-routine technical problems related to our product suite will be essential in meeting daily support requirements and ensuring a seamless client experience. To excel in this position, you must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends as assigned. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of client service experience is required. Basic knowledge of internet browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, as well as familiarity with MS Office products like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will be beneficial. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate high energy, passion, and a strong work ethic.
